After much anticipation, TCAP's NEW Garland clinic will open on November 1st. This clinic is located at 1235 Northwest Highway in Garland. The Garland clinic will offer low cost spay, neuter, dental cleaning and low cost vaccines.

Spays, neuters and dental cleanings require an appointment.

Vaccines will be offered from 10-12 on a walk in basis every Thursday starting November 1.
